I believe that they replaced the wrong set of Brakes and charges me higher than the going rate. The grinding that I was hearing still remained the next day. I brought the car back and they confirmed that the back brakes needed to be replaced. I left and the grinding now was worse. I went to another auto shop and the cost was half with 12 mo warranty.

This was an atrocious experience honestly. My Acadia was having issue and spouting random codes on the dash along with not wanting to crank sometimes and acting like the battery was dead. We have MaxCare and went through it, requiring us to come here or one other place in town. Since Precision was so close, my husband and I made the appointment for Monday of this week. My care didn’t even get looked at until Tuesday meaning I had to leave it overnight. Then, I had to call THEM to get information about my car after the “diagnostic” they performed. The guy in charge of warranty claims then tells me he’s calling to deal with that. I call the FOLLOWING day to figure out what’s up with the warranty, only to find out the guy didn’t ever call the warranty company and needed to call us and straight up said he FORGOT to call us to ask for some additional information. Fast forward, we’re having to take it to a dealership for repairs, we paid a $240 diagnostic fee to find out that they didn’t actually figure out what is wrong with it other than “oil is leaking somewhere and so is coolant” but they admitted they don’t know where and even put it on my paperwork! Precision upon diagnosing my issue with my vehicle. Methodically made sure to complete the job. The individuals in this shop was very nice and showed compassion but kept it very professional during the process needed for my warranty company to approve the claim. Overall I am satisfied with this auto repair shop. Thank you staff for being there for me in my time of .

I have been coming to this place for years. After my last visit I will never go back. If I could leave less than one star I would. I took my Honda Civic in to get an oil change. Didn't ask for anything else. Was called in under ONE HOUR and told that it needed brake pads and rotors (front and back), a new serpentine belt, all filters replaced and a transmission fluid exchange. Quite a lot of things found wrong in under an hour. My husband told them to just perform the oil change, which was a total of $138.86 (an expensive oil change if you ask me). Got the car home and he checked it out. Brakes are fine, rotors not worn, serpentine belt in fine condition, air filter somewhat dirty (so perhaps that was valid). My thinking is they just have a list of items they tell customers need to be done on their car regardless of what they find. A total scam. I went to them because my last service shop was scamming me. Now they are apparently under new management that feels this is a good way to do business too. Stay away from this place!!

I am compelled to express my profound dissatisfaction with the service provided at your facility. This location’s operations are utterly deplorable and reflect poorly on the brand.My aunt’s vehicle, covered under a CarMax warranty, was serviced at this location. Initially, the staff assured us they were equipped to handle the warranty process. However, after diagnosing the issue, it took three weeks of persistent follow-ups to submit the warranty claim, as the manager—reportedly the only one authorized—was repeatedly unavailable due to court appearances and vacation. It then took nearly a month for repairs to commence. The transmission replacement, which should have been straightforward, spanned almost another two weeks, with the mechanic frequently reassigned to minor tasks like oil changes. Promises of updates were consistently broken, and claims of “two hours left” on the repair dragged on for days. We were forced to visit the location repeatedly to ensure progress. After nearly ten weeks, we retrieved the vehicle, only to find radiator fluid spilled all over and a cat having pooped inside the vehicle while in the care of these mechanics. This level of negligence is unacceptable
